After speaking on the phone with Barbara at Come to You Notary, I felt comfortable shipping my documents to her for Apostille stamps. I had 3 documents one from Washington state and 2 from Wisconsin. All needing Apostille certification for Turkey. I sent her a death certificate for Washington and two birth certificates from Wisconsin mine and my deceased mothers. Sometime after she received them she informed me that one of the birth certificates was too old and asked if I could order a new one so I did and had it sent directly to her. I actually ordered two copies just in case and let her know to please send one for Apostille and return the other on to me for later use if needed. Then she said the death certificate was invalid. I being frustrated called the funeral home that issued the certificate and ask them why they gave me an invalid certificate? They assured me it was valid and sent me the form for submitting Apostille requests myself with which I sent the second copy I had which was identical to the one I sent Barbara and I received it back in just a few days certified Apostille for Turkey. I was beginning to doubt Barbara at this point. I asked her if she had received the new birth certificate from Wisconsin and she had, I wondered why if she received it why she hadn’t already sent it? I guess she must have sent it shortly there after. Later she communicated she had received everything back and asked me for my address which I had already given her but whatever. She sent them back, She didn’t even get my birth certificate Apostille stamped instead sh had both my moms Apostille stamped but for Spain not Turkey! This took more than 3 months! The turn around time is about 5 days generally for these stamps. So in three month she did nothing for me. I paid $520! She did issue me a refund or offered to do it again but sorry I have zero faith in her ability to do the job. Absolutely horrible experience!

I needed an apostille for my diploma while I was out of the country. CTYN picked up the document, got the apostille, then shipped the document to me in Thailand. I have mixed feelings about this firm. 1. I can say, that the mobile notary has a bad service. She had no patience, and she spoke quite, coldly, sharply. I understand, that she may be tired, but I'm customer and paid $ 500 for the work, I would like a little patience and a friendly attitude. This is not the last firm to behave like this. 2. The work was done well, without errors. Thank you for this at least. 3. But I will never return to this place again. It is morally very unpleasant to face such a rude attitude. Conclusion. If the customer does not want to come back to you again, then the work is not done well. Happy customer will bring 2 new customers, unhappy customer will tell 10 potential customers about bad experience.

I went to Barbara for a few apostilles almost 3 weeks prior to traveling for work. Long story short, she told me 10-14 days to complete. I received my documents after 19 days, with numerous calls/texts with her and 4 calls to FedEx customer service begging them to speed delivery (and eventually going to pick up my documents) so that I could make the flight I had to reschedule twice due to her misinformation. She had no idea what her people were doing with my documents, they were sent to the wrong place (and others documents sent to me!), and it was only because I took matters into my own hands that I was able to get them when I did. The only reason this isn't zero stars (aside from the fact that you can't give zero stars) is that Barbara did at least give me a refund to help cover all my change fees....

My first experience was fine, but she didn't bring enough copies of her internal form -- which I thought was odd. Fortunately we were able to take a pic of it and print it from my home. That being said, she brought the documents back from Olympia as promised the same day. The second time, she completely forgot to send my documents with the courier, and I was delayed an entire day which turned out to be more because of the weekend. She barely apologized and gave me a "credit" which was just the difference in price between one-day and two-day service. Everyone makes mistakes, but when you make one, you should own it and make amends appropriately. I will not trust this service with my future notary and Apostille needs.
