Charlene has been very helpful to dealt with Wills, EPA, EPG and AHD. Very informative, thorough and most of all she uses simple english which we can easily understands it - no legal jargon as she explained it in a simplest way. Very transparent and honest with time and cost effectiveness. Definitely Recommend this to everyone.

The Worst property settlement experience we've ever had - don't use Groven Legal.
From seriously underestimating the amount of money we needed to provide prior to settlement, to sending the water bill to an incorrect address, to providing NO settlement paperwork after settlement to show how the funds were ACTUALLY dispersed - to supposedly having a settlement meeting with us, the subject of which appeared to be about drumming up business in the Will department, and not about settlement of the property....god-awful experience.
Whilst this was my partner's first settlement experience, it was my sixth. I understand what hard and soft copies we were supposed to receive but didn't, how monies were to be dispersed but were not, and what an effective and knowledgable settlement agent should look like - this was not it.
We have sent a letter requesting the documents that were NOT provided post-settlement, and have not received a response.
We will be taking our concerns to the relevant oversight agency.

I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Well if you need a will or help from a law firm why would you go anywhere except groven legal in bunbury such friendly people & staff at a very good price, they are so comfortable to speak with & there work is second to none thank you very much & have a wonderful Christmas.

I needed to do probate, which the banks require, after my mum died on the 30th March 2021. I found Groven on the internet. The staff were very helpful. I recommend this place, if you need a solicitor.

Wills, power of attorney and guardian ship papers done at an excellent cost and very particular and detailed information and service. Definitely worth considering
