I received a letter from Benn Hill saying that I’m to book mediation with his fees attached. I emailed him multiple times trying to understand the process. I also tried to call but each time, the line was “user busy.” He didn’t respond to a single email. He has now stated that I have refused mediation and that a family court application can be processed by my ex partner.

Having left an awful relationship as a single mother and having to start again from scratch with my daughter as I was locked out of my family home unable to gather any of my things, I’m disgusted. This has caused so much additional stress which simply could have been avoided by answering a couple questions. Do not recommend, you’re better off going through a government agency where they will give you a 2 hour seminar explaining the process.
