I have nothing but praise for the doctors and reception staff at this practice. They always listen to my concerns, and provide great care. I rate it 2 stars due to the consistently long wait times. Each visit, I end up waiting at least 45 minutes, and more often than not, it exceeds an hour without reception letting patients know on arrival that the doctor is running behind

I do understand occasional delays but this has been a frequent issue, especially since I'm here regularly for testing. It’s clear that the practice is overbooked, and the doctors are struggling to keep up. It’s a real shame because the care is excellent, but the wait times are becoming unbearable. Something needs to be done to manage bookings more effectively because this is just ridiculous.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The owner-Dr James Ogundipe, does not respect Patients Charter of rights.

After he walked in while my son and I were in the middle of a consultation and I calmly said “look this is not right, there is no communication and we are left here on the side while you (meaning himself, the doctor consulting with us and receptionist) are having a conversation about fixing your printer.

Owner turns around and says “I am the owner of this place if you don't like it you should leave”

This is Dr Entitled at its highest! No care at all. Worse experience and will encourage all never to go here.

I will try to contact APHRA soon to ask for pathway for complaint about this Dr.

That is why you have a service, to help not to be entitled to your being a doctor!!!

Do not use this practice.
My partner - needing mental health care came in and asked for mental health care plan and was told he will be putting it on his compo, when ny partner asked for it to be separate and explain why he needs the plan he ripped the paper from my partners hands and pushed him out the room and threaten to call police. My partner left crying and in crisis because he was unsure why he was treated this way. The dr spoke over him and refused to a knowledge his needs.
I’m lucky my partner even returned home today.
Disgusting care. Disgusting help and will never in my life use this practice again

Totally Disappointed - Did you know that you have to pay to have a toenail removed BEFORE they will do it? Today my 18yo son waited an hour before being seen to only be asked to leave because he had not paid first. This was not explained to him when I dropped him off and when he rang me and I spoke to the Doctor asking to pay after or over the phone was told NO. So I said that was holding a patient to ransom! Apparently that was questioning his principles and he now REFUSES to see my son. I drove to the practice and when I asked to speak to the Doctor and or Practice Manager they were unavailable but Leanne (Front desk lady) did her best to get them to discuss the situation with them but to no avail!!

2 appointments booked at this doctors, both times we have waited over an hour to be seen, even with young kids! They do not care and are rude when asked how long the wait is!! Run the doctors properly or don't have one! You won't be seeing all of us again! They don't know when to send reminder texts out and constantly told us we had an appointment when we didn't.

I just got abused because I had said to the doctor that they had accidentally mistakenly wrote down the wrong dates on my referral letter that was all then the doctor started to come across angry by raising his voice at me and accusing me of questioning his profession witch was way out of line and also saying that I gotten the dates wrong and it was my fault, my partner then spoke up from the way the doctor was speaking to me witch bring me to tears he told us to get out!

What a devastating experience never again.

Took my son to be examined today for a rash. After having a consultation with Dr ali he called Dr James in for a second opinion. Dr James started to talk down to me and my young son, he was very rude and sarcastic even belittling me. He made me very angry to the point where I lost my cool.
I will never take my family to this clinic again, I'm absolutely disgusted. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely lovely though and very helpful.
