After an injury at work resulted in a permanent life long injury and impairment, and a workcover insurer who had provided not treatment and wanted to close my case, it was recommended by a friend I reach out to Alexis from Trewin Norman. We've recently used Trewin and Norman again, but this time with Michelle, for a MVA claim. Not through ICWA but against Allianz
The claim was a complicated interstate claim, that took a few years to get through. Michelle and all the staff there were nothing but professional, helpful, and compassionate from start to finish.
