Fantastic experience and so helpful. Stacie was the real estate agent representing the seller when I bought my first home and she was honestly so lovely and helpful throughout the whole process. She made time for me to have multiple inspections when I was still um-ing and ah-ing, responded promptly to any questions I had, and even went through different lease management options I had once the property was sold (which goes above and beyond what I’d expect from the selling agent!!). Not to mention she was so friendly during each of our interactions. I would 110% recommend her to any buyer/seller ?

Excellent to work with. This is our third home that we’ve sold with Stacie. We can’t recommend her enough. We were told by local agents that we would never get the price we sold it for with Stacie. We were able to have Stacie as our remote agent, with her hosting and attending a very successful home open with resulted in multiple bids. Even though she was remote she was professional, prompt, astute & client focused. We would sell again through Stacie, she has always been incredible to work with.

They take good care of the investment first, which means they deal with the tenancy sure, but what they also do is make sure you as the landlord are aware of any maintenance issues, preventative maintenance and tenancy laws and are they’re instantly responsive to any questions you might have.
