Lots of good advice from Chris Raphael. I also appreciated the fact that he was contactable and did always return calls, weekends and after hours included. I have been dealing with Clement and Co (more with Chris Raphael) for the past 16 years. I am a father and the mother of my children is a Meth addict, the patience and thorough understanding of the process by this entire team made this extremely stressful situation smooth.
The after hours calls to see if I was OK and asking after my children, these guys really care.
I have now had my children in my full time care for 5 years and they are flourishing.

They're a little hard to find but they were lovely considerate people who worked around my sister's health, doing her will at her nursing home bedside. Very pleased with their service, fees and flexibility.

Needed a change of name deed sign from either a local lawyer or notary public went in to see them, even though they are lawyers, they didnt feel confident to witness this? also when put in search for notary public in mandurah their firm comes up

Google will show long way, onsite parking is limited, but nearby park got plenty of parking, hard to find the place.
