Our Denmark WA, post office is wonderful. The team there are so friendly and supportive. Nothing is an inconvenience, they are always willing to help and beam a bright welcoming smile! Thank you Donna and team

Denmark Post office usually has friendly and helpful staff; however, one staff member refused to serve me today. There was a queue of 6 people in the shop, and only one counter was open. Finally, five minutes later, a second staff member left her hiding spot and came out. However, with just three customers left behind me, she straight away refused to serve me as I had a passport application, which would have taken her 15 minutes, according to the post office website, and in the meantime, it was 4.45 pm, as she pointed out. The post office closes at 5 pm. Is that what you call customer service, Australia Post? Send your customers back home if it’s a bit inconvenient? Lucky you don't have competition, eh?

I recommend booking an appointment for a passport interview EVERY TIME, even if they tell you not to. It’s a trick, so they can refuse to serve you whenever they like.

It use to be helpful and friendly staff members in this little town of Denmark WA. since they change the manager and staff its really poor service lately. Trying few times applying my daughter passport.this is my 5 visit by the time we get there at post office 3:30 after school and manager told me ,its all done for all the passport processing for the day.And she told me to go and do it in Albany. I live in Denmark for 21 years woman, why would I do that for? I wish they never changed manager in this little town.

What a rip off. So rude with there customer service. Trying to send a parcel as a weighted item. Charged full price of $8.80 instead of the $2.20 charged in Albany. Rude rip off staff.
