Pretentious, condescending and only interested about how much money you've got and how much they can get out of you. They were no help to me, I was charged for information that I had provided to them, and then threatened with legal action if I didn't pay up. One of their good reviews appears to be submitted by one of their own staff, and another good review is about a supermarket? I got more and better advice from watching Fisk. You're better off going to Gruber and Fisk Solicitors. Zero stars.

While the staff were undeniably friendly, we hit a snag with the last-minute rescheduling and incorrect pricing. It just doesn't sit right to quote one price, set up an appointment based on that, and then hike up the cost by over 100% afterward. They had all the time in the world to let us know about the change in personnel and the subsequent significant price jump before our rescheduled appointment.

Sure, they offered us a payment plan, which was nice, but it doesn't quite make up for the awkwardness of being blindsided by a large unexpected expense. We made our plans and budget based on the information given to us, so finding out that it was way off left us feeling pretty frustrated, shocked, and upset.

Disrespectful - we lost our mother and step father and treated she us with contempt and distain. Very disappointed how a professional would treat other professionals - extremely low respect for this person and their organisation.
Sadly left with a bad taste in my mouth, plus 3 boxes of broken sentimental / expensive ornaments, wrapped and boxed appallingly, arrived broken, with zero attempt in helping us sort any insurance , even though it was their requirement from logistics company’s policies … Amanda couldn’t care less!!!! These were wrapped by their staff … at a huge price … then ignored when arrived in pieces which they then could t be bothered to help with.
Extremely dissatisfied - as a professional I’d never use these people again!
