Won’t recommend if you want fast service painfully slow with huge lack of communication with clients or between teams .phone calls never returned .extremely slow . cross communication so told different things by different teams. passed from one team to another lack of communication between teams . Left on hold most times for 45 minutes or more . A lot of staff work from home so don’t have access to stuff or have kids in back ground with tv and screaming , unprofessional. All in all terrible experience .
