I was initially very unhappy with the service although the Director, Nigel has since addressed my concerns with how my late fathers Estate was handled. I now understand and appreciate the work the team put into my matters although there was a major lack of communication on their behalf so the process was very stressful at times. It was a very complex Estate, which I acknowledge and Nigel has since invested in training the team and apologised for any downfalls.
