I am very disappointed in the service I received. It was just a simple tax return with the addition of claiming the Medicare exemption. I kept in email contact with the accountant I used and was often ignored for long periods of time, eventually being told that they could no longer assist me with my tax returns after 5-6 months of waiting and being given excuses as to why they haven't done what they initially said they would. I wouldn't have a problem with this if I was told that at the start, but to waste so much of my time was very frustrating. It's a shame because I had such a great experience with the first accountant I used at Morgan Charter before the merging of companies.
