After my wife had contacting Karen and her initial response being somewhat strange especially to us, a potential new client asking for her to provide her services. She said that she can’t take our business as she only accepts personal recommendations. I did find this strange as I simply found her details through advertising. I do wonder if she isn’t interested in business then why advertise and then simply turn down a client because we were not personally recommended. 🤔

It sounds to me like a near miss for us as I would like my conveyancer to be a professional Respectful person who is open to accept any client.
