This guy sucks as a lawyer. He's pompous and has a aditude problem. When you know the system more than him there is a big problem. He's just a rubber stamp message boy for the prosecution at best. DO NOT HIRE HIM YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!! For 5k my wife got the same that any court appt attorney would get you. When you bring this up he said "then get one". That's the only intelligent thing I've ever heard come out his mouth. He's lazy and like a robot just spitting out words in a condescending manner. He works for your prosecutor who ever that prosecutor is that's who he's for. My referral is go with a court appt atourney way cheaper and actually will do his job. Don't take my referral as the truth. Hire him and find out yourself. Won't take long to see the red flags and when you do get your money back immediately and fire him.

Ask for a itemized report of his "work" he has done on your case see how long it takes to get it and look at what he supposedly did. And don't let him keep doing this to paying clients
