We had to have emergency care. The best vet to give us space and the uttermost care anyone could ask for. A picnic blanket and a last treat to spend an hour with our pet on the grass, then in their private room to spend time with all the family when losing your beloved pet. I want to thank all the staff who helped us care for our girl golden retriever when she had to be put down for the explanation of everything that was happening at the time. Your time and devotion on the day thankyou Mr Smith.

I had been going here for a few years with my beloved cat Matilda. She was diagnosed with intestinal cancer following a specialised scan. After having to make that very difficult decision my baby passed away very peacefully with Dr Josh in charge of the proceedings.
He is an incredibly kind, gentle and softly spoken young man with a wonderfully compassionate and professional approach.
He guided me through the procedure as he did it and respected my privacy to have time with my baby once she had passed.
I would definitely recommend the Vets at PK as they are all so knowledgeable and caring .
Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for making my Matilda’s last minutes pain and stress free.

My little dog has been a client of this joint since birth. Here DNA results were part Rottie, Chiwawa, Dashound/sausage, dog and cattle dog.
She was determined, apparently to be uncontrollable, and they wanted to muzzle her even just for claw, Trimming/grooming .
The staff were incapable second time around, because my dog was excitable being a puppy.
we were sent home, with staff not even giving her a proper assessment not fulfilling their duties even for a heart rate.
I returned recently with both of my girl dogs.
I was feeling quite positive and no anxiety from all me or my girl dogs.
The vet lady wouldn’t approach or look at my dog and couldn’t even take heart rate.
She was booked in for her vaccinations and then she said that she felt unsafe, and she was worried for my safety, also a vibe she got
I was sent away with sedative pills for my dog to make a further two appointments for her vaccinations and claw trimming.
They should understand animals personalities according to the breeds.
Unprofessional never going back again
