I tried to seek advice for a class action claim and the Receptionist called me, at work, and asked me to disclose private, confidential, sensitive and emotional information regarding my potential claim. There was no compassion in her voice. No care or regard for my emotions. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to file a workers compensation claim in order for JDK Legal Services to assist me. I left the call, close to tears. Then she proceeded to tell Joseph McCormack about what had transpired. He then sent me an email accusing me of being "inappropriate" and that they will not be offering their services to me for a "workers compensation claim" (which isn't even the claim I am seeking). Horrible experience and an example of how they choose to treat prospective clients. I will go elsewhere, where hopefully a Receptionist has received ample client sensitivity training.
