The Christmas decor in store at the moment is stunning. Absolutely fantastic help today by Eloisa & Antonia who went above and beyond packing up a beautiful pastel gingerbread train for me and organising a matching gingerbread house for me to pick up next week. The ladies were cheerful, friendly, and extremely professional. I was very impressed with their service. I really hope their manager sees this review and gives them the props they deserve. Well done ladies and I’ll see you again soon for my gingerbread house!

Went in to collect a parcel for my partner. Was served by a rude arrogant man who seemed like it was really difficult to serve me and actually help. Didn't want to serve me and basically said that it needed to be the person to collect. Even though I had my own photo ID with the exact same address the parcel was delivered to, brought my partners ID copy with his address on it. The man was uninterested and couldn't even be bothered. Am seriously never coming here again if that's the way you treat people

Edit to respond: It was never about the rules. I understand that I needed to get a letter. What I am complaining about was your attitude. I deal with the same situations where I work, however instead of saying 'I can't stay on hold for 20mins to speak to someone' I actually go out of my way to help the customer, knowing my colleagues can handle it for a while because they know I would do the same for them. And also you most likely didn't go through the options of the menu. It took me less than 60seconds to speak to someone after starting the call including the menu not 20mins. Then after speaking to the person you don't first tell me I need a letter you said its best for my partner to come in. It was only when I queried that you mentioned that I needed the letter. Again it was your attitude towards me that was horrible. There are better ways of explaining it than the way you did as well as a better attitude towards serving customers, and then I wouldn't of posted this review

Have always shopped at this newsagent for everything from lotto tickets to cards and magazines. There are numerous newsagents that stock forms now for everything from gaining a Tax File Number to Car Transfer Papers. Called this store to ask if they had any in stock before we drove in specifically for that reason. The man who answered the phone really needs an attitude check. When we asked do you have any of the forms in stock, he replied seriously no newsagent stocks forms like that. We said not a problem there are a few that do but we thought we would check and see if you had any first. He replied whatever and hung up. Guess what, this idiot just lost a loyal customer for your store and would be sure to tell other locals to walk a little further up the complex to the other newsagent as they know how to treat customers.
