1 active complaint since before Christmas. 3 previous complaints last year. All pertaining to the amount of litter and building rubbish, that blows into a property of the person I look after. Each time a complaint has been made, their response has been, “We have done a drive past, and there is no problem”. Cool, well I guess you won’t mind me dropping off the builders cement bags and wrapping that has blown over into my clients yard. I’ll start bagging it up for you and drop it off.

Work council I have ever lived in.
They are opposed to profession and seem to make decisions on personal agenda instead of what's best for the community. Too many 'old fuddy duddy' counsellors living in the past.
Rockingham is a vibrant city full of generational youth and young family's that are being held back by a poorly run Council.

If there was a LESS THAN ONE STAR RATING for the City of Rockingham Rangers then it would apply! I called about needing a humane cat trap to help trap a cat in my neighborhood. Was told they only have a few and that the waiting list was 8 weeks long! Asked if there wasn't anything they could do to help -- a flat "no". What exactly do they actually do Zero assistance with catching a stray animal. Zero suggestions. Couldn't care less. What a disgrace!!

From the person that came up with the "thank you for not smoking" environmental policy and law nudge. (Environmental psychology) ((There's a mural outside Rockingham Kwinana mental health)) . And used that to win peer support and environmental science funding. Rockingham will always be home.

Not matter what happens to me there.
I want to protect land.
The community.
Culture.
The first nations people.
The reserves we have and the wisdom of the animals there.
All the adventures I had.

There's probably a video of a kangaroo mumma sniffing my neck. Feeding on one side of me. And leaving her joey on the other side.

The more you spend time with land.
The more it knows you.

Like how those golden orbs listened to me by knocking all their webs down every spring at lake cooloongup. And adapted to build along the fence line like I wanted.

I still call Australia home - Peter Alan.

They came for me for my tenacity. I only care about land. Not what I'm told.

And now I'm in Hawthorn. Studying shoemaking. And fashion and design.

To open a hemp leather and fabric clothing store. Once the hemp leather brand I want from Italy opens up more.

Once I'm studied.
I'll be home xoxoxo

We stopped this morning. 15thAugust, at the Rockingham Foreshore Park, for morning tea. The wind had blown the rain onto the picnic tables under the shelters. There was a council employee doing maintenance of the park. He kindly, used his leaf blower to disperse the water and then dried the table and seating for us with a rag. Credit to your Counil, unfortunately we didn't get his name. I hope you know who he was and compliment him.

Increased their rates but decreased their services. Its been over a year and no general waste verge collection. The city is starting to look like a hole with loads of graffiti, empty shops and homeless.
