Some of the staff can be incredibly rude and unhelpful. And can be very pushy in the TV and entertainment area. I was looking at speakers, when a staff member came up and told me I should buy the 100" Samsung TV for $6500!

The store itself & products are fine but one till open in the early afternoon AND there is always a customer with a problem!! Had 5 people in front of me & I guess I waited about 30mins!! Yep, I only wanted to pay for quickie vac bags!! There was a hovering worker who looked like the Manager & you would have thought she would hop on a register seeing there are 2. But no!! Maybe they had a staff shortage for the day.

Good Guy's Rockingham in it's new premises is smaller than the previous location, but has great sales. I spent 6000 dollars there and still purchasing products

Awesome service from Brian!! Knowledgeable, helpful, straight up and friendly. Did a fantastic job at being present with us while other customers were around, acknowledging them while still making us feel we were his priority. And great service from the lovely young lady (sorry didn't get name) when we paid. 😊 Will be shopping with you Good Guys (& girls) again!

Great staff members at the end of it. Had to wait for awhile for someone to see us .Any longer would have walked out.Everyone was doing there on thing.
