I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jay Sidhu and his team at Vision Surveys Consulting on a complex project that spanned several years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. When others wouldn’t take on the challenge, Jay stepped up and handled it with absolute professionalism.

From initial land surveying to negotiating with council, building surveying, working with and organising many external consultants, dealing with multiple landowners. Right through to navigating complicated mediations at SAT, securing conditional approvals, and ultimately creating new titles, Jay’s expertise, persistence, and dedication were instrumental in making this long-term project a success.
