I found Shane to provide poor service, I had to review the contract and press him to negotiate conditions on the contract. I felt he wasnt working for my best interests. He was expensive just to review a contract. I have gone to another conveyancer who is charging mehalf the price to review a contract.

If I could have given a half star I would have. Rang on 28/11 for an Enduring Power of Attorney to be done for my mother, The solicitor was to email me with what was required and the price and then a draft was to be done up etc. I have had no email and as the EPOA is needed I have now gone to someone that is interested.
