Not impressed at all. The first lawyer i had was hopeless - she send a letter on my behalf which contained typos and factual errors (and significant ones!). After i complained, i was reassigned to the partner, who clearly had better cases to manage. I was definitely not a priority.

I can't recommend Geoff and the team highly enough! I engaged Mazengarb family lawyers in 2018 after my case had been badly mismanaged by another firm. I was highly impressed with how knowledgeable Geoff was and the efficient and cost effective way my case was handled. The team were in regular contact with me through out my case and were able to cut through the legal jargon and communicate with me clearly and effectively. My property matter was complicated by a very murky asset pool but in spite of this Geoff was able to negotiate an excellent financial outcome for me. I'm thrilled with the service, not just from Geoff but also from all members of the team including my lawyer Emma who was absolutely excellent. Unfortunately the original advice I received from this firm about stamp duty relief turned out to be incorrect and now down the track we are faced with paying $9,940.00 in stamp duty that (because of this firms incorrect advise) we have not budgeted for. On top of incorrect advise when I raised this matter with them by email a week went by with no response until I phoned the office and insisted on a response. Very disappointed to say the least.
