Terrible service. I was kept in the dark and only received emails about my ongoing issue after I contacted them myself. I provided them with every contact detail I had for my bad debt including their personal Facebook accounts (sadly I didn't have the home address for these people) so they wanted to charge me $66 to do an ABN search, claiming they couldn't contact the debtors through Facebook for privacy reasons. When I questioned this I was told, we've closed your account, please do your own recovery. Disgusting treatment. I would not recommend these people to anyone.

Excellent, helpful, caring people who will get a result if it is at all possible. Good advice, good capabilities. As good as you get in town, local people with an office in Belconnen - you're not dealing with people who could be anywhere. I'd highly recommend them.

Very Bad ethics and service, the agency acted without authority and accepted a settlement amount on my behalf, they took their fee in full and sent me the balance, when i questioned about it, the process was slow and delayed...eventually they become unresponsive -
