I had the worst service ever, for a moment I thought I was in a different country. The Asian lady working there is very rude a bit of an attitude and incompetent. I bought the most Expensive Express Post delivery method that Guranteed next day delivery. Documents weren't delivered the next day. Went back to the post office and asked the lady why the package wasn't delivered the next day. Her response was there is no such thing as next day guaranteed delivery. Looked up Australus Post website and there is next day guaranteed delivery.
Hopeless service and they don't know their products nor services.
Don't go there.

The last two times have been very good as served by a lovely older lady. I was previously served by an extremely rude Asian woman, and hadn't been back for about six months. Hopefully she’s left!!

The opening hours are completely unhelpful for running a postal service. It assumes a 1 income household with a housewife able to go and collect the mail in the middle of the day. I have had a parcel there for sometime and unless I take time out of work I just can't get there to pick it up. We are all busy at work and it's not possible to take time out to go pick up a parcel that is in the middle of nowhere.

The (Asian) lady who also seems to be the owner is so rude towards the customers.
I have my own experience to share. I went to get photos for passport clicked at 4.20pm and it doesn’t say anywhere that they don’t do photos after 4pm. She replied now is not a good time as they need natural light for photos?
Please update information somewhere so you don’t have paying customers coming all the way to your shop to be turned away.

The Asian lady is aggressive and frank. Then sold me an incorrect product. Only use this post office when the nice older lady is there.
