I have been a client of this dental practice for years, but my experience has worsened significantly due to the declining level of professionalism, particularly from the front office staff. One of the individuals managing Dr. K's appointments is consistently rude, often adopting a gross attitude over the phone and in person, despite the customer always being respectful. it is also concerning that Dr. K reportedly speaks to staff about client concerns, which customer has been told directly over the phone by staff, which reportedly leads them to adopt the same rude and dismissive attitude toward clients. It also feels as though there is preferential treatment toward clients. Given the many other options available, I strongly advise others and myself included to seek better care elsewhere. This practice offers no added value and not the level of respect and professionalism one should expect from a dental clinic.

Dr Kaur is amazing, being a person who has bad Axiety she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Reassuring me and talking me through the process of having a tooth extraction. I highly recommend Dr Kaur.

They were really good until they weren’t. I saw them months ago they did a deep filling instead of taking the tooth out and I’ve had nothing but problems since. Constant nerve pain. I went back to see what they can do because it’s the deep filling they did that’s caused more pain and problems than what I went in with. I now have to spend more to get a specialist take it out. All the owner said is that she wouldn’t have done the filling at all because it’s so complicated and it was a dentist she had hired to work for her at the time but it’s not the practices fault and they can’t help me. While waiting to get into the specialist I also needed some pain management and antibiotics and again have been told it’s not there problem now I need to see the specialist. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN.

10 stars if I could. Dr Kaur is outstanding. As someone who hasn’t had a checkup in a few years I was quite anxious.

Dr Kaur was extremely gentle and caring. She also goes above and beyond to fit people in and availability is never an issue.
