Easily the worst customer service experience in ACT. My windscreen was shattered by a falling branch, and Auto Windscreen Services were originally quicker to assist than O’Brien, however, they did not install properly and were reluctant to fix their mistakes when re-contacted on multiple occasions. Almost like pulling teeth trying to deal with them on the phone. Had to go to O’Brien instead, they fixed the issue without hesitation, providing a quality experience.

On Friday the 17th I called Wick's autoglass. I explained to him that I need my car windscreen repaired by Monday 19/11.

On getting a quote with him, he informed me there is a high chance he could do it Saturday. I was so ecstatic I found someone so quickly, however, it did not last long.

Saturday Afternoon he called and informed me his daughter is sick. Can we do it Sunday morning? Sure, no worries. I have kids, I know the feeling of leaving work to look after little ones.

Sunday morning comes, our appointment was for 9am. He was a no-show. No missed calls. No texts. Nothing. I phone him several times (Pic 1) with no avail.

I go onto facebook and message Wick's MECHANICAL. He also has no idea what this guy is doing. He's attempted to call him, also. Nothing.

Sunday afternoon (4pm) comes around, he calls back and said his daughter is currently in hospital. I did not receive this voicemail, because I was positive he was coming at 9, I didn't think to check my phone before I went to sleep.

Monday comes, I call him in the morning and he has the audacity to argue with my Husband that it's our fault for not calling him on Sunday, refusing to do it.

I now have a day pass for my car, which I purchased with the intent of driving it to my new house on Monday, having to leave my current house today. (Pic 2)

I don't know what to do with a broken windscreen on a car, that I now can't drive, and I have to be left this premesis by today.

Not only has he wasted my time, he's also wasted my money on the day pass, and he's absolutely shattered my chances of finding someone else in short notice.

In conclusion, I can't speak for the services of Wick's MECHANICAL. He was attempting to call this guy. However, if you are in need of a windscreen, PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. This has caused nothing but heartache and time that I don't have. I'm stuck in my current situation now, with costly reprimands, all because this one gentleman decided to ghost me.

Appalling customer service!! took two separate days off from work and still no windscreen. After several hours waiting with no communication to say they were late on both days they said they couldn't do it. Phoning them just resulted in more poor time estimates. Expressed my dissatisfaction and instead of trying to fix the situation they told me to go jump. Very unprofessional and will certainly never go back. Back to square one after several weeks.

Customer service was absolutely appalling. I found Kevin not to be very helpful at all. Trying to make an appointment with him was like pulling teeth. I would NOT recommend Kevin at all.
