Reception staff have always been friendly and approachable. I've always had an appointment and have usually been seen pretty close to the scheduled time. They also offer telehealth appointments which I've used. Other services are available as well (Dentist/Blood work etc) so makes it convenient to have them all in one place.

Absolutely appalling, I found the receptionist there disgusting with the way she spoke.
My son was injured and we walked from home to them to get help, all I was asking for was a dr or nurse to have a quick look to see if I needed to take him to get stitches as i have no car i needed to know as I'm not a medical professional. If i needed to i then could find a way to get to a walk in clinic or if it wasnt that bad the chemist. Wasnt asking the world... She refused to let anyone see me unless I made an appointment. Which she stated they're very full. I begged just to get the nurse to look. I have a heart condition and that walk was knocking me around. I had mentioned that too. She told me Laverty probably wouldn't help too. No care from any of the team complete refusal. All they needed to do was a dr or nurse to just take 2 mins to look. Wasn't asking them to apply first aid. Just to look at it and give me their opinion. Pretty sucky when I have no supports and I was relying on a medical ment to be profession to help. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Disgusting.

I booked Dr Saburova a month in advance for an appointment. I received my text message reminder the day before and confirmed my appointment. When I arrived, I was informed that Dr Saburova didn’t have my appointment booked and that she, or a replacement, wouldn’t be available.

There’s a lot of care, professionalism and kindness from the Conder Surgery team, with a good dose of laughter. I felt taken seriously, and walked away feeling impressed & grateful.

one time I was here and a woman was sitting in the waiting room and I have a temper so I got mad at my mum and that woman laughed at me. I didn't know she laughed at me til my mum told me. The patients here and mean and horrible and have no shame and laughs at people who could be sick or mentally ill. I was gonna bash her if i saw her laughing. I think that you should go and

By far the worst medical centre in Canberra. All doctors run between 45mins to 4hours behind, regardless of what time you book. The doctors are good when you finally get in, but the practice manager is so inept at time management, make sure to take a whole day off so you can sit waiting for an appointment. It also speaks volumes about the mismanagement by the practice manager when the reception staff are replaced almost monthly. Clearly a toxic place to work, staffed by angels - managed by incompetent buffoons.

It is what it is. It's got a dentist, medical centre, and a capital pathology. It's near plenty of other takeaway shops nearby so if you're hanging for some food after fasting for a blood test or something you can quickly find something to hammer down and get on with your day.
