This was our third time dealing with Velocity Conveyancing and we have been very happy with each outcome. This time it was with Natasha Sandhu at the Inner North Office, for a sale and a purchase. There were some delays with the purchase process and Natasha was always available to answer any queries we had. She promptly followed up on the issues which required her attention.
We found Natasha to be efficient and helpful as well as friendly

Natasha Sandhu was the worst. I would give zero if I could.
Please note Natasha pretended to be friendly at the initial call then became very impatient after you started the process because she knows you can’t pull it out in the middle of the process of purchasing your property
Gave you very bare minimal information
Very unprofessional and did not review the contract correctly. There was an error on the contract that I found out, and she told me everything was fine although even the real estate admitted it could be a typo and got back to clarify with the venders.
After the contract being exchanged, she forgot to transfer me to the settlement team. I contacted her a couple of times during the settlement period, she asked me to wait, very impatiently. One working day before the settlement day, I left an email with no reply (no surprise) and called her, she was very rude and said she was unsure what’s going on. Later on that day she was advised my settlement date was postponed one day after due some NSW public holiday and the settlement team will contact me later. Please note my original settlement date was scheduled the following day. I was freaking out.
Later on on the same day, the settlement team called me and asked me to transfer all the down payment to their bank account within 2 days. It’s a common sense we all have daily withdrawal/transfer limits, and it’s impossible to transfer this big number of down payment within 2 days.
All of this wouldn’t have happened if Natasha did not forget to handover my case to settlement team properly
Buying a property is already exhausting, and choosing Natalia as velocity definitely put much more stress and difficulties on the whole process
