Have been receiving property services from Amanda since the start of the year and can't thank Amanda enough for her excellent communication, great advice, and going an extra mile to represent our interests. Amanda is highly experienced manager, trustworthy and reliable. I've approached a number of companies but speaking to Amanda made my choice easy. And Amanda has been living up to positive first impressions ever since. Amanda always provides me with time to think and options to choose from. Amanda provides advice when i need it and I've also received updates on changes to legislation that were easy to understand. Amanda was great at attracting tenants and advising on the best applicant and was very quick to get the agreement in place and minimising any impact from delays. I currently rent through McIntyre Property. Hannah White has been an amazing property manager. Our heater displayed an error code and I contacted Hannah to have someone out to check this. Hannah had someone out to rectify this within the same day, and with having a newborn baby at home this took away so much of our stress. We had a very bad experience selling our home through this mob. As soon as the contract was signed it was like they didn’t care about us getting the best price any more they just wanted us off the books. We had to come up with our own description for the website ad as there’s was so crap. No idea if they ever hung a sign or did brochures. We had to come up with own own negotiation tactics. They were absolutely useless and not deserving of the commission they received from us. Might as well have sold our own property on Facebook marketplace. Do not recommend if you are a seller

Amanda Gordon is the gold of the property management team . She has a rare ability to remain cool, calm and collected under enormous pressure that comes with managing property - ie managing people. Not easy.
But Amanda is a professional who does so with aplomb and I respect her enormously. I trust her implicitly to manage my property and to look after my tenant as well which is very important. If I was a tenant, I would be very happy with Amanda because she is fair.
I am a tenant in another state and I wish Amanda could teach these rookies how to effectively do their job. Amanda Gordon is gold and she’s the reason I went with McIntyre. I have heard other good reviews about this agency and despite the switch from Amanda to someone else for a short hiatus, I recommend this agency as long as they’re as good , efficient and pleasant as Amanda, to manage anyone’s property. She really is lovely, and every time I’ve ever called, my call has been answered swiftly and returned promptly when I’ve left a message. Emails are promptly answered and I get the impression that this agency has a good work culture which is why they are worthy their reviews. Props to them! Especially Amanda Gordon.
