Extortional pricing. Paid more than 4 times for a prescription med that I normally buy from a large franchise outlet. Their price stickers make airport stores' pricing practise almost reasonable, avoid at all costs.

Owner called me two weeks later to ask me if I paid for my medication! Then when I tried to refill it the pharmacist was stockpiling and told me they couldn’t dispense to me, blamed the TGA or something and tried to scam more money out of me for a high cost version of the same thing. I checked the referenced TGA guidelines and there was no justification for the pharmacist’s actions as I was already stabilised on the medication.

I will avoid this place like the plague.

In the last few years this chemist used to be good but over in the recent times it is becoming worse and worse, they are now price gouging and some of their staff are very rude.

For example I am a diabetic and I have a prescription for a 1mg ozempic and every time I go to them they turn around and say they don't have it but I saw another patient at the same time clearly having 1mg ozempic in their medication basket, that shows that they only give ozempic to people they know. Then I asked them and they said they could only give me 0.5mg but will have to use the 1mg prescription, how does that work? How can someone else have the 1mg but I'm only offered 0.5mg?

I have been there customer ever since I moved to Canberra in 2011, for these reasons I am moving to a different chemist that is better and cheaper, the people should know that if they try chemist warehouse. You will be surprised how much money you will save.

Used to be a good pharmacy with friendly staff. But most recently have found them to be rude and insensitive. I found them disrespectful of privacy around sensitive medical conditions. Won’t be going back.

Gabriel, Ashley, Brad, Caden and his team, are cheery, efficient and knowledgeable. Brilliant. Gabriel gave me my 6th booster painlessly with respect and understanding. Really very good rapport on a busy afternoon for which I was grateful. In the past Ashley answered all my myriad questions, truthfully and with a humourous intelligence They manage a wide product range, in an often crowded environment with aplomb. One is always treated with respect and courtesy. Prices are reasonable too.

The personnel at this pharmacy are exceptional - always friendly, professional, and dedicated to providing the best possible customer service.

I have been a regular customer for some time now, and I can honestly say I have never had a negative experience.

Yesterday, I had a particularly challenging issue to deal with - I had just been unexpectedly diagnosed with diabetes and was feeling overwhelmed, scared and confused.

Vicky not only found everything I needed (and took more time during a very busy period to explain the vast array of paraphernalia I needed), but she also took the time to genuinely listen to my fears.

She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand, and she made me feel like I was not alone in this journey. Her genuine concern for my well-being was evident, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed.

I left the pharmacy feeling much more confident and empowered. (Even my own Doctor - an old gentleman - tried hard, but didn’t quite manage to do as well).

I cannot thank Vicky enough for her outstanding service, kindness, patience, expertise and genuine care. She is an asset to the pharmacy and a shining example of what customer service should be (which I thought had been left behind in another age).
