I'm happy to give Solicitor Alice and her team members (May & Todd) a 5-star rating. Alice provided me with legal advice and handled the conveyance for my first home in Kingsgrove, NSW. She was very responsive, replying to my emails within a day, and she addressed all of my concerns leading up to the settlement. (I asked Alice about question for reviewing contracts, changing settlement day, what to pay attention on final inspection and how to facilitate settlement etc. ) Working with her make me feel confident and reliable. The pricing for their services was also reasonable, costing me slightly less than $2000. Overall, I had a great and pleasure experience for my settlement. I would highly recommend Alice and her team for their excellent service to my friends and family.
