Can always count on exceptional service from the Adamstown Post Office staff. Needed a passport picture taken for my 3 month old, and knew that if I took him to Adamstown Post Office they would have the patience to get the job done. As expected, they were very understanding when I had to do a quick lap jiggling him about. Got the perfect picture taken in under 5 minutes and gave me information on the next steps in the passport process. A big thanks from this new Mum!

Had an issues with my parcel collection today due to my mistakes by sending an item directly to the post office without apply an parcel collected on post office website, the friendly staff realised this issues and explained to me the policy and procedures on how to do things correctly. No one ever explained to me previously which cause me continually doing the wrong thing without noticing. I want to say thank you to all workers working at New Lambton post office showing amazing professionalism and customer service.

Great service after been given the runaround at other post offices with wrong information given to us about passports. Awful day but finally adamstown post office help us out and my friend could have given them a kiss she was so relieved!!!!
