The staff are amazing. The toddler group we have been attending is something that is needed and we have loved being a part of. We have made lots of lovely friends and commend Irma and the staff for making it so inclusive and being so considerate what the community as a whole needs.

It would be wonderful to see the library given extra funding to be able to grow to better suit the changing needs of the community. The selection of books, DVDs, audiobooks and resources are great for the size of the library.

We highly recommend the library and especially the staff.

Staff super helpful, but definitely needs an upgrade. Surrounding grounds need some TLC. Staff doing their best in a building that the population has outgrown, too bad Shellcove gets the library that was scheduled for Albion Park.

Excellent staff, always greeting you with a smile.
Great selection of books and dvds, and lovely activities for the little ones.
Clean facilities, easy access and parking, and useful printer / computer station.

Staff were helpful in making suggestions, happily reserving items etc. and the quality of DVD movies was a pleasant surprise. I just wish it had better opening hours and that their IT systems didn’t occasionally mess up and result in me being accused of not having returned items that I had. 😠

More like a community centre than a library. Ok facilities, nice staff but very loud as there are often community groups meeting here. When I was there, there was a very rowdy group of older ladies playing board games, cracking jokes and having a good time. This is a very important service for the community, and I loved to see it! But if you're looking to study or focus, I'd recommend driving the extra 15 mins to the larger library in Shellharbour's city centre.
