Poor service. Mentioned it was urgent and then they didn't help. After I kicked up a stink, they then told me if I laid extra, they would prioritize me. Never mentioned to start off. Would have went somewhere else as it was time sensitive.... Asked for a receipt and they didn't even know how to email or print me off a receipt Says she was the owner but couldn't help.
I left a review before but then they called me and abused my over the phone once I posted it, degrading me and telling me.

Fantastic Staff and they know their game. Gave my MacBook Pro a Quick Look while I had a coffee at the cake shop next door. Figured out the issue and advised it will take 4 working days to fix with time for parts. Got a text. advising all fixed, on the 4th day. have always had great experience with this shop over a lot of years. Highly Recommend them. Thankyou , posted on my fixed MacBook Pro.

Called in today at 10am from a 1hr drive. Fresia was there to greet me from the desk and was attentive. I have had problems with my iphone for over a few weeks and this was the closest location.

horrible service , 2 employees told me it was covered under warranty. not blaming them but then the lady told me it would be $800/$900 for a display , and called me rude and arrogant to my nan. as she kindly went to go and collect it for me. i was ‘rude’ for stating that it was bad practice to tell someone something is 100% under warranty and then turn around and tell them it’s not. will never be back. would rather drive all the way to sydney.

We have used Computer Solutions & Data Recovery a few times. Each time they have been so friendly and helpful. The most recent time I had dropped off my sons PC which had a complex issue, the team were so helpful, they went through every possible piece to problem solve and finally got to the bottom of it. We were facing replacing an entire PC and they solved fixed it for a very fair fee. My son was so grateful and happy. Thankyou so much for always being a pleasure to deal with.

Lots of respect to Lachlan and team for the way go about their business and engage with customers. Helpful, curious, pragmatic and very good technical skills. Also witnessed how they processed a repair for a young student, identified it was eligible for warranty and gave a full explanation of the fix and why it was warranty. I cannot express enough how amazing these guys are!!! I turned up with a brand new Ipad belonging to an elderly client that she was totally locked out of. CSDR came to the rescue and fixed it within a few minutes, provided tissues to one very stressed care worker and saved the day. The beautiful lady at the desk was so understanding, she turned my cloudy day into sunshine. Thankyou, you guys are the best!
