Zero star. Unprofessional. They believe
landlord has no duty if the landlord cannot provide quite enjoyment. Doubt if these lawyers passed their course. Simply have no knowledge about tendency law. Rubbish.

A complete waste of time. Hours waiting by the phone for important legal advice, with their non-attendance at vital appointments, even though confirmed by email. After calling them to rights, they finally say, "We are not able to provide you with advice. All the best moving forward."
UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANISED, DISHONEST, and downright infuriating.
RLC is such a disappointment.

Do not use! Disorganised and complete waste of time. Always having to cover the same information as I was dealing with a different "professional" each time meaning I got nowhere. Issues raised and assistance required were never directly or clearly addressed. Was more successful doing my own research and using AI.

Love the work that Redfern Legal Centre do, fighting for Social Justices for Community is no walk in the Park

Especially when funding and resource's are limited, staff are helpful and have always made a difference in the life of those that have reached out for their help (those that I know)

First of all, why do you have Legal Centre's and not Legal Aid available to all citizens on low incomes in Australia? It is like that in other countries. People should start demanding Legal Aid" for free" in Australia if you are on a lower income.
Corruption and inefficiency at all Level of the political and legal spectrum.
How can a mother fleeing Domestic Violence do not have the right to a lawyer? Or a pensioner suffering abuse?
Australian Government is happy to fund "solar panel industry" but refuse to fund " an equal and fair Justice system with Legal Aid as a right to the poor people of Australia contrary to the UN Charter which clear states the right to fair and access to Justice. Shame on Legal Aid and the Attorney-General Office and the previous Australian PM of Australia. Albanese have made 0 changes in Domestic Violence. First step is to provide a lawyer to every woman that suffers abuse. Millions to be wasted on useless DV Organizations. Having a lawyer is the most important thing to stop corrupt Judges giving full custody of children to violent fathers that abuse women and children. Gag Orders and secret hearings the norm at the Federal and Family Courts. All top secret of course.
