Stay away!!!!!!!!
These people have managed to transfer my personal mobile number I’ve had for many years into another family members name which has rendered this phone number useless. And only to be told my multiple people in this store including the managers that they are so sorry they don’t know how to fix it.
Very unprofessional the lot of you!!!!!
Have been in touch with Telstra over the phone and I’m still waiting on a call back once they have spoken to the I.T. dept to try put my phone number back into my name (2 weeks now) so not looking promising……..
Not what I need when it’s the main number used here and I’m caring for a dying family member!!!!!!!

I’ll be contacting the Ombudsman first thing Monday morning as not only can you not fix this problem you have made for me but Telstra online have decided to close the case on me.

You have transferred my personal number into somebody else’s name without my permission and you can’t fix it.
You have to be kidding.
Will be placing all the blame on this store when I get legal advice on Monday.

A year ago, my girlfriend had an upsetting experience at a Telstra store that continues to make her feel uncomfortable to visit stores till this day. She interacted with a worker named Parth Shah, an employee with an Indian background and a fuller build, who made her feel uncomfortable with inappropriate comments. He asked for her number, claiming it was to check her phone signal, but then made remarks like “don’t blush, baby,” which made her extremely uncomfortable.

While this isn't extreme it contributed to other issues and insecurities which she still gets counselling for till this day. This traumatising experience is unacceptable and we have since boycotted Telstra since. The most troubling thing is imagining what else Parth Shah would have done to other customers.

Very bad service. they put privacy cover on their computer monitor which it’s hard for me to see the screen on the side and I find it annoying for I share my personal details. Just to found out they add some stuff for additional payment. Always check after confirming your order.

Dodgy - Be careful.. The sales guy told my partner and I a completely different rate to what we signed up for. He did not mention the phone cost on top of the plan and said it was all together he then only showed us the plan cost twice after sitting down with him. We then went back in to explain and he shows us the phone cost on top in tiny tiny writing(we should have checked and not trusted but when someone sits down with you and shows you the total amount on there computer screen you do tend to trust that it is the truth.. not to mention we were shown the wrong figure twice). He also attached the cost of the phone to my bank account and then the cost of the plan to my card.. I am assuming so we wouldn't then see the cost straight away.. so so so so dodgy!

Absolutely terrible they had no idea what they were doing for a simple task only interested in selling me a new phone , said they would follow up but never did this is really not good enough do better and learn to do the jobs you're paid to do
