Clearly alot of these positive reviews are fake. After waiting an incredibly long time for them to finish our taxes (mind you still charging us by the month when they do nothing) we have cut ties and have changed accountants. Such poor customer service! You can NEVER get Clayton on the phone to talk to because he is never there nor does he care about your issue in the first place. Typical wait time is 2 weeks to hear back or to receive help. You are spoken down to instead of them working with you. To them you are just a number. Not a good way to treat local small businesses. Word will get around.

I was extremely impressed with Clayton when he did my PAYE Tax Return .
He obviously has extensive experience and knowledge , and it was so straight forward, simple and easy.
And I even recieved a Tax Refund for the first time in 30 years 😁
Clayton even followed up on some information for me , that I greatly appreciated.
