Not sure why all the reviews are 5 stars or if they were bribed, regardless I came here to post a honest review. Upon seeking legal advice regarding property law short of 2 months ago, Stefan sounded knowledgeable and respectful over the phone. Hence why I have decided to proceed with a consult with him.

Nevertheless, my experience was a disappointing one. I came out the consultation feeling disrespected and disgusted with his attitude. I understand that some law firms ask for pre-payment which is completely understandable but what I did not expect in return is dismissing all my initial queries and concerns I had with the opposing party. I am the one hiring you as my lawyer to represent me but I am disgusted and disappointed that nothing was explained to me in a professional manner, despite me asking for clarification multiple times.

Furthermore, I did not appreciate how I was treated from start to end. After paying a prepayment in advance, it was clear that their priority was simply to get the meeting over with, rather than addressing my concerns and the dispute against the opposition at hand.

Despite having paid for their services, I felt as though he didn't care about providing proper assistance or taking my case seriously. It would be nice and extremely appreciative if he could approach the situation in an empathetic and considerate manner, but instead I felt disrespected as a result of his condescending tone and attitude. I would not recommend this lawyer based on my experience.

Moreover, I found that he was extremely unprofessional throughout the entire meeting and seemed dismissive of all my initial queries regarding my dispute. It is paramount to address a client's concerns and effectively communicate solutions or suggestions across. He failed to demonstrate both of this. A prime example is a printout I had which contained basic conditions that would protect myself. After dismissing what I have said on my printout, he then proceeds to make a photocopy after realising. I felt that he did not bother to take my concerns seriously and I expected a higher level of professionalism and respect as a client, but unfortunately, I did not receive that.

I would not recommend his services based on this experience for anyone, including friends and family especially those seeking specific property legal advice in regards to legal matters. If you want to have your feelings invalidated, disrespected, concerns dismissed, and experience a overly expensive consult with an arrogant lawyer that has a unprofessional manner to end up with an unsatisfactory outcome and walk out insulted then this place is for you.
