Sarah was an absolute godsend! I was going up against the owner of a well known Chauffeur company who has gotten away with not paying people for decades. So many lawyers told me that it wasn't possible to go up against him. But thank heavens I found Sarah. She came up with an amazing plan. We ended up winning the case by arguing breach of contract and misleading and deceptive conduct under the Australian Consumer Law. Rockliffs Lawyers is an efficient firm. I received a call from my lawyer Sarah after she read the initial information I emailed her. She knew our company was on the right side. She was keen and willing to defend our legal rights.

I am a business owner and my company was under attack by a troll who attempted to defame my company and to extort money from us. That troll took advantage of Australia's low cost tribunal process and tried to use the civil tribunal court to demand money from us. The troll had probably used the same method to scare other small businesses into submission for money. But not this time.

After consulting with Sarah, we decided to do some good deed for the community and teach this troll a lesson. Sarah was able to find key weaknesses in the troll's false claim. She strategised a good legal plan with our given documents and information. We had enough facts, evidence and confidence to fight to the end and win. The troll quickly backed down and withdrew the case upon our request. Even though we do not plan to sue this troll for defamation at this point, we have already gathered all necessary evidence to take further actions if necessary.

Sarah had given us the strength and confidence to stand up for our legal rights. I encourage other business owners to not easily give in to customers' false claim even if money is not an issue. If you are on the right side, you should stand tall and fight for your name and rights.
