Appalling service. They were to sort out a family members deceased estate and the sale of the house and they have done next to nothing.
We were under the impression that settlement for the sale was going to finished only to find out that the lawyer hadn’t even filed the paperwork. So we have been waiting weeks and weeks and they hadn’t even done their job!
Zero communication over months. We always had to chase them up.
Would give zero stars if I could.

I spoke with 6 solicitors this morning about doing some conveyancing. This practice seemed less professional, much more expensive and less friendly then all other calls I made. The charge for conveyancing is 1900 AUD here, whereas other places do 900-1500 plus GST or even lower depending on the situation. If the owner ever updates his price to current rates, I am happy to amend this review.

In my experience, they are the rudest, most unpleasant firm I have ever worked with to sell my home. From the receptionist, to the conveyancer and solicitor, they are unfriendly, extremely arrogant and there is NO such thing as customer service. I honestly don’t know how they remain in business when they treat their customers with such disdain. Will never use again nor recommend.
