Poor overall. We will not stay again and would recommend against staying. Of all of the Accor properties I have stayed at this has to be worst and definitely not 4 star! I have stayed at Ibis Budget that is better than this.
Check-in: Arrived at the Sebel and there was nowhere to park. Someone left the car park, so we entered. Was not able to access the lift so had to call the Sebel and have someone come and let me in. At check-in was offered a bottle of wine but refused. Was not offered any water as a Platinum member (and there was no complimentary water in the room).
Room: Room was ok but only one chair to sit on so could not stay in the room.
Broken Lift: On coming home from being out on Saturday night we were told the lift was not working. We were on the 5th floor and at 58 years old and not fit, was significant effort. Both of us were not the best on the Sunday and left to go home earlier than planned (we were visiting our son and cancelled plan for the day as we were not up to it).
Checkout: This was ok and the gentleman pleasant enough.

The apartment was nice. Good location. Good parking.
Kitchenette facilities were suitable for our purposes.
Comfortable beds. One very small bathroom between 4 people.
Furnishing was weird and not made for human comfort - only 2 uncomfortable stools at the dining table for a family of four. The lounge chairs were also inadequate and very uncomfortable. The marble coffee table was broken when we arrived.
It was great to be able to bring our dog - great park diagonally opposite.
I would stay here again….. although i hope they replace the furniture in the lounge/dining space !

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a large doggy for one night only. The rooms are modern as this is a new development. The beds were medium to firm. The pillows were big and soft(too soft for my liking) the hotel is close to cafes, parks and a liquor shop. 5 minutes walk to Lake Burley Griffin. 5 minutes drive to Canberra Centre and 5 minutes drive to Parliament House.

Parking: $25 night; nowhere to stop to check in to arrange car park access ||Room: |- Good size|- Nice kitchenette. Seating provided but not ideal for dining |- Bar fridge with small freezer that was iced up (staff did help to clear it but it took a long time with a hair dryer and a lot of towels)|- Washer dryer in cupboard with washing liquid provided|- Large Bed. It was like a trampoline when my partner moved. The sheet quilt sheet arrangement was strange and not pulled up high enough. Two fat pillows per person (a thinner one would give guests a choice)||Bathroom:|Bulk shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and body lotion provided|Shower. Good pressure, no door knob made shower access difficult (reported but still not fixed so we had to get creative with some floss and a cotton tip)||There are no instructions for anything. eg microwave, washing machine ||Big tip: the air con is disabled automatically if the window is open||Location: Walking distance to war memorial, Canberra Centre, lake

Great room, spacious and very nicely decorated with comfortable, attractive furniture. Large bathroom and rain shower head. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay - galley kitchen, table, desk, etc with a lovely view through the trees and overlooking the internal garden. No balcony.

The first thing you need to know is that this is NOT a hotel - it's serviced apartments with limited hours of reception 8am-10pm and no hotel facilities e.g. breafast, The website blurb includes "The hotel is pet friendly, etc" which is misleading. I wanted a hotel for this short business trip and I wanted parking. At 10.30pm you have to ring someone to get a security code for your key. The first number I called went to a voicemail, the second was answered. Parking is only available during reception hours, so I was stuck with street parking and had to sort the Sebel parking early in the morning, before I started work. The two staff members were excellent, but I wanted a hotel and I wanted to park on arrival after a long solo drive. Very average Accor, the only saving grace your on-site staff.

Great place for the dog they do have underground parking is a extra $25 per night and the height limit is 2.1 metres which our ute was just over. Managed to get a spot out the front. There is a 2 hour parking limit throughout the day though. Once in the rooms was impressed with how they prepared it for the pooch and ourselves. The bed was big enough for our wolfhound and they accept all dogs. Would recommend to stay if you had dogs as there is a close park across the road to take them for a walk.

Recently stayed for 3 nights while visiting Canberra. The hotel is centrally located and not far from local attractions and close to Bus stops. Studio room has an excellent bathroom with a rain shower head, everything you need - galley kitchen, table, desk, with a view over the internal garden, The bed was comfortable, and the room was well presented. NB Parking costs an additional $25 per day!
