You sent email to me stating I need to see psychologist or psychiatrist after you promised me would help my grieving for my still born granddaughter and that I have Huntington disease. Not a phone call. You cancelled my appointment you left no choice and I was left totally shattered again. You have no compassion. to treat people who must trust their counsellor this way is so unprofessional of you.
