Probably one of the easiest visits to the post office ever today. I avoid going to Australia Post unless I absolutely have to but have found Curtin to be an easy, stress free experience each and every time. The older gentleman is always so friendly and helpful.

2 horrible experience here so far:
1) a young male staff raised his voice at me as other customers looked on. How embarrassing! Appalling customer service! Rude and arrogant towards a paying customer!
2) another horrible experience - An Older lady staff was nice to my face, everything appeared sorted out, but In my surprise, when I turns my back - I hear her whinging to one of her worker about it loudly In front of her customers. How unprofessional, lacks problem solving skills and overreacts!

Terrible customer service by the male person who I suspect is the manager/owner. He estimated the length/size of the box and it was triple the price of other Aust Post offices. When I questioned him about the price he got agitated and refused to measure the package. Very poor customer service
