I have been dealing with At work Australia Wanniassa and they have been very supportive, and helpful to me. I've been the office a few times and was very welcome, the phone interviews help me as I have mobility issues. Jordan has been great with his support and encouragement.

Haven't visited in person since my first appointment as my disability doesn't always allow mobility but they have been amazing over the phone very helpful always available as needed and just a pleasure to talk too . Help keep calm during stressful periods and just do what they can to make your life easier . Shout out to Jordan who is doing a great job as my new case worker !

When searching for Atwork Australia Wanniassa, the address is wrong and it takes you to the wrong building. The address online is WRONG.
Still weeks later.

Every appointment I've been told about with my contact officer is wrong and I always get a text multiple days earlier reminding me my "appointment" is the following day, when I was specifically told my appointment was days away.

This company is unprofessional and can't keep staff, thus no one is properly trained it seems and consistency is none existent!

^^^ Not a good thing for a company dealing with disabled people and/or those with mental health issues.
