The most stressful time of my life. I was selling my home and engaged JT Legal as my solicitor. I had no advice and had to learn and do pretty much everything myself. The team are under qualified and did not know answers to my basic questions. I felt there was an uninterested sense of urgency as well as no sense of responsibility. My sale was at risk and the buyer almost terminated the contract due to JT Legal’s lack of responsiveness. A very disconcerting, disappointing, and draining experience that has left a very unsettling emotional scar.

Represented me at a mention with one day notice and at a low cost, and represented me again at my sentencing for a total which was cheap but also included the original payment I made at my mention as a deposit! So essentially 2 appearances for the one low cost. Joey was exceptional and he got a great outcome for me, he did everything I asked for and more, he was prompt and punctual, well mannered and an overall good solicitor. I am happy that I have met such a great legal team, even if the circumstances weren’t so pleasant. They did a great job in defending me, even when I had already lost hope in receiving justice in my case. I am very dissatisfied with the conveyancing services provided by JT Legal Practice. I recently used them to sell my house and was provided an illegal contract of sale due to them not informing me of a pool compliance certificate not being required with the contract of sale. When I pointed this out to JT Legal practice, they played the blame game, and did not accept they made an error. Instead of admitting their error, they offered me to take my business elsewhere. Also on many occasions I called and left messages, for them to call me back, no calls were ever returned. All I will say is steer clear of this very unprofessional business.

I’d like to thank both Joey & Justin for the incredible time, support and care they have poured into my case over it’s time span. I truly felt as though they fought for my case and heard me when i explained myself. Particularly id like to thank Justin who stayed at court with me from 10am when our case was meant to be heard till 3:30pm, waiting patiently and answering all my questions to ease my nerves.
