Emergency worker who used these guys and once a certain solicitor left it went downhill. Really unprofessional, dont return phone calls or emails. Communication is rudeness bordereing arrogance. Didnt transfer my matter to another of their solicitors for 12 months after she left. She did nothing for another 18 months. Will do the easy stuff but if you need someone to fight for you, this is not the company, forget it. Mine was quite basic and the evidence was there with the health fund i was in for 15 years for the "harder claim" but it was just easier money for them to take another straight forward case than make the enquiries and fight for the rest of my matter, as they already made their money from the straight forward part of my matter. Dont bother, go elsewhere. You have enough to desal with as an emergency worker without your solicitor being incompetent.
