I booked my darling husband into Jay for rehab exercises to improve the edema in his feet as a result of having chemo. Jay worked on Anthony's balance, ankle mobility,stride in walking and focus on coordination brain to foot.
The results have been amazing. I would say a 90% Improvement.
We highly recommend Jay for his dedication and sincere interest in getting the best result for his patients. Five plus stars for his dedication and professionalism

Florey Physiotherapy came to my rescue recently when I had a very painful neck! Jay squeezed me in at the end of his day as a new patient for a very intensive, extended treatment! Hi, My name is Gail Carters and I have had chronic bursitis and associated inflammation in my right hip, glutes and front of my leg for more than 4 years. Thankfully a friend recommended Nedhi. The first session provided some immediate relief and it has just got better and better with subsequent appointments and doing exercises at home to stretch and strengthen my muscles. At 71 I thought that my shoulder pain was ‘just old age’. However, Nidhi has convinced me that I needn’t be in that much pain.

Nidhi is highly professional and very personable. I felt totally comfortable discussing everything with her and my treatment sessions have given me much relief. She has outlined a treatment plan that is realistic.

I am really happy with the exercise app she recommended that shows me in clear detail how to do the exercises.
