My 95 years old mother decided to change her original will (also done at Lawpoint).
It was a slow process but Romeo was always very professional, helpful, considerate and patient. My mum is very satisfied with the service she received and recommends the legal firm.

Romeo was very helpful and went above and beyond in providing support to me in my legal matter.

While I was unfortunately not able to engage his services in this instance, he provided some sound preliminary issues for consideration that was of great assistance.

Would give six stars if I could.I have engaged Lawpoint on two different occasions and I have found Romeo and Rita (practice manager) to be highly professional and caring. On each occasion the service fees were very reasonable for the work involved.

Romeo and his team were fantastic from beginning to end. We had a long drawn out journey purchasing our house - many contract reviews, conveyancing work, advice and communications occurred over an almost 12 month process. I contacted Lawpoint in March, April and May this year seeking representation. Rita, the practice manager took down all the details and discussed briefly. She assured me Romeo would call me back to discuss 'shortly'. A week passed, nothing. I called back to check for an update and was told Romeo is very busy in court with an important matter (they're all important to clients who engage your services) and would again get back to me.

Two weeks, nothing. Another reassurance from Rita. Next month, I called back to have Rita blurt out some ramblings about how busy they are, mention high profile cases and then ramble that they wouldn't work for free. I'm not sure if she had me confused with someone else as at this stage I hadn't even had initial contact with a lawyer so not sure what I was meant to pay for, the practice manager or receptionist answering the phone?

No return calls after several promises. Very disappointing especially considering the other positive reviews.

Personally I'd avoid this place if you need reliable, prompt advice and representation. It's incredibly unprofessional of Rita to have handled herself the way she did. I don't know if she's going through something personal, which would be unfortunate, but not a prospective client's issue. Romeo is too busy in court to get back to prospective clients- within a 3 month time frame. Even those that want to pay! ?‍♀️
