Friendly guy, but was not that knowledgeable on how US property deeds worked. I would have expected that someone that experienced would be more helpful. Also, he charged me for notarising a document that I did not need. He told me that a large portion of cost of notarising comes from storage of the document for 15 years, but if the storage is not needed, then what did I pay for?

Highly recommend,
Needed a public notary ASAP, with Christmas and new year's holidays, it was very hard to find anyone available.
