I dismissed them and went with another firm and have not looked back! Kevin was never prepared for our meetings and Andrew bell ( yes the guy whose last name is on the building!) did nothing to expedite the matter and basically conceded that there was no coming back from their lack of result however refused to explain himself or give an apology. if this firm did what they claim instead of loading their team up with too many cases my review may have been somewhat positive and I may have had a more positive result .

I would never use them again. My lawyer Paul Blunt was quick to take the money and offered nothing but false advice. After talking me into going for a section 32 (his favourite number) and steering me away from contesting the matter, and after 3 adjournments, I never even received a section 32. However, because he stated I was mentally unstable I now have to receive an injection of a strong , personality changing drug with very bad side effects. Paul never listened to what I had to say, however he had very strong connections with the panel in the courtroom(cough) He never contested anything the judge said. I was and I’m still shocked at the lack of effort! After all that money and time spent, I received a 12 month suspended sentence on heavy medication. ( plus the 5 months that wasn’t backdated!! and it wasn’t a punishment fit for the crime)
For a man in his position and reputation, he showed no intention of getting me the best result. I should have used legal aid, because at least they sit down with you and want to hear your side of the story! And it was a struggle to stay in touch with him, ringing me off private numbers, not returning phone calls. Pathetic!
Do not waste ur time and money with these rip off scammers.

Bell Lawyers is such an amazing place, with great services from the reception staff members, especially the lawyers too with such great sympathy, caring big hearts they have in willingly giving you the best service and outcome you can ever ask for.

This firm has be dealing with my late father's estate for the past 5 years and we have gotten no where. I have had 6 different lawyers handing my late father's estate and not happy with the progress. no communication and the co founder of the firm is never reachable. I email/call and have no response so if you are wanting to have this firm look after your estate I honestly would say best not save your family member the headack.
